禪修部 
一、理念：旨在提振祖師禪風。      
二、課程：
  (一)解門：禪堂行儀、《禪關策進》、《禪林寶訓》、《祖師禪要》、《諸宗要義》、《釋禪波羅蜜》、《燈錄選讀》、《潙山警策》、《十牛圖》等。
  (二)行門：
    1.以參話頭及默照禪引導純正禪修方法。
    2.每日坐四支香、行四支香專心參禪，以及冬制七期禪七。

三、修學年限：三年 

四、報名資格：限出家眾，須住校。

五、考試方式：
  (一)筆試，參考書目:《古文觀止》、《佛學概論》蔣維喬著
  (二)口試。

六、福利制度：每月享有單金。

IV. Ch’an Retreat Programs
1. Philosophy:To advocate the two main streams traditional Chinese Ch’an practice,Cān huà tóu (Contemplate on Critical Phrase), and Mò zhào chán (Silent Insight), in order to develop wholesome meditation.

2. Course Schedule:
  (i)Interpretation:

    ˙chán guān cè jìn《禪關策進》Guidance for Intensive Ch’an Retreat
    ˙chán lín bǎo xùn《禪林寶訓》Holy Advice from Ch’an Monastery
    ˙zǔ shī chán yào《祖師禪要》Ch’an Sayings of the Patriarch
    ˙zhū zōng yào yì《諸宗要義》Central Teachings of all Schools
    ˙shì chán bō luó mì《釋禪波羅蜜》Exposition of Ch’an Pāramitā
    ˙dēng lù xuǎn dú《燈錄選讀》Selected reading from Lamp Records
    ˙wéi shān jǐng cè《潙山警策》The Inspiring Advice of Wéi Shān
    ˙shí niú tú《十牛圖》TheTen Ox-herding Pictures

  (ii)Practice
    ˙Wholesome Chán practice by contemplating on Chán’s phrase.
    ˙4-Session of intensive meditation daily; and 7-session of retreat, each session lasts for 7 days.

4. Eligibility: Buddhist monks and nuns; must live on campus.

短期禪修班  
一、養成班：
  (一)課程：一期以一年為限，每日坐四支香、行四支香(限出家眾)。
  (二)報名資格：限出家眾，須住校。
  (三)考試方式：口試。
  (四)福利制度：每月享有單金。

二、進修班：
  (一)課程：每日坐四支香、行四支香。每年審核一次堂眾實修進度。
  (二)報名資格：有三年以上禪修畢業證書之出家眾，須住校。
  (三)考試方式：口試。
  (四)福利制度：每月享有單金。

¤Short-Term Ch’an Retreat
1. Fundamental Training
  (i)Course Schedule:Duration of Training is one-year for Monastic. Typical daily schedule is 4-Session of sitting and walking regular Ch’an practice throughout the year.
  (ii)Eligibility:Buddhist monks and nuns; must live on campus
  (iii)Examination:Oral
  (iv)Benefits: Monthly (a stipend as saṅgha dāna)

2. Advance Course
  (i)Course Schedule: Typical daily schedule is 4-Session of sitting and walking regular Ch’an practice throughout the year. All participants will be reviewed for their compliance of behavior and development after the end of each year.
  (ii)Eligibility:Buddhist monks/nuns and must have completed 3 years of Ch’an practice with an official diploma. Once a monk/nun is accepted into the program, he/she must live on campus.
  (iii)Examination:Oral
  (iv)Benefits: Monthly (a stipend as saṅgha dāna)
